i like it when I say I'm 22 and people call me "baby" like yeah, I'm not that old...
i like it when I say I'm 22 and people call me "baby" like yeah, I'm not that old...
I just call you as is... A Wabbit.
Like, 6 months to a year older than me. π«΅ ANCIENT HISTORY
Older peeps are in denial of themselves getting old
i never really got when people in media and stuff get so defensive about being young. my gran tried to backtrack/apologize for calling me a child indirectly when i was 16 and i was like nah man i am a child. dont treat us like idiots for being younger than you sure but my age is just a fact.
We are but a baby in comparison to the world
although I stress out a lot, cuz I'm like "I haven't accomplished anything at 22 I'm a failure!!!" like, calm down boy (talking to myself)
At 34 I can relate. But I have to stop and remind myself that there isn't a cut-off date for accomplishing things. Like, I'm trying to get back into drawing more seriously like I did almost a decade ago. You've got plenty of time and have very well accomplished art skills. Go at your own pace, dude.
im 32 and like i remind ppl in their twenties im still a young adult so all yall dont need to stress out
i think a lot about how hidetaka miyazaki worked a dead end desk job at oracle until he was in his 30s and finally got hired at some weird small software company called "from software"
I met a woman who was getting married for the first time in her 80s Richard Garfield was in his 30s when he made what would become a funny lil game called Magic: The Gathering age only matters inso much the cultural prison around us uses it as a clamp to force us into capitalistic expectations
this mindset has plagued my 20s and like. maybe i just need ppl to call me baby more
I'm 32, I haven't accomplished anything!
I know of furs and folk that are like my age plus or minus a few years that are so cool and successful and good at things and art that it makes me feel like a failure to. Don't worry as much as you look up to others others including me look up to you
you've built amazing art skills at such young age, that's absolutely something to be proud of!
even when you get to be almost 30 like I am (I'm 29), you're still not a failure if you "haven't accomplished anything." I'm currently in school to get my bachelor's & sure, I'll be getting it way after a lot of people do, but that doesn't make me a failure for it! everyone goes at their own pace π
You're a kickass artist. What do you mean "unaccomplished"?
I think being an incredibly skilled artist at 22 like you are is a huge accomplishment imo!
You've done more than I have tbh, and I'm nearly 21. π₯Ί
I also do that and I'm only 20
Donβt stress about it really, I mean it. With the way the world is now it takes a lot longer to get settled, to figure things out. Until your mid thirties I wouldnβt worry about having it all figured out and just focus on growing, surviving and learning the world
dude you have talent no matter how old you get im still 19 but you have lots of ppl who like your presance buddy
even 40 isn't that old. you got your whole life ahead of you!
You're only 22? With all the fucked up lore I'd have figured you're atleast 30
can we be expected to accomplish much considering the current world climate? not to like, be depressing, but while i do think its gonna get better, i don't think we should be punishing ourselves for the world being shitty right now so never beat urself up too hard DAWG
youtu.be/2lNFVcbcTcY?...
If your 22 and your a baby then what is my 20 year old ass sposed to be??? :<
As a 34 y/o you are baby. Do your best and enjoy those 20s. No worries just trust me. Let loose but also start building up a fallback.
going up to you and saing "Hey, baby" but in a Johnny Bravo voice
