I heard Roland Martin today. He pointed out that black politicians are being targeted by the GOP. So we are looking at a re-institution of Jim Crow and slavery. He didn't mention slavery but it's already here.
That's why moderates won't cut it. Every group needs to be vigorously and vocally championed within the party without relying on the GOP. There's a lot of work to do. A lot of partisan cooperation required. No Manchins; no Sinemas. Authentic representatives.
Sorry, I missed your prior post. "The message" is simply something that actually resonates with people. It's not the only message. I agree that there has been too much compromise, ceding ground and losing credibility because groups are thrown under the bus.
