In that case I'd use the "I have a question about this purchase" instead of the typical refund process, and explain your situation there. It's less likely to get directed to the automatic response system but ultimately will still be their decision to issue a refund or not.

Refereed to Refund section. Literally wont get me a person to talk to on this. Guess I am going to just have to make this Steams problem when my studio gets up and running.
