Schools are allowed to enforce dress codes. As an example, one school has suspended a boy for wearing his braids because if he let them down, they would be past his collar. He doesn't let them down. They insisted he cut his hair. He didn't win his case. Will you go to bat for him as well?
Yes absolutely there is legal precedent for the school to enforce a dress code. The shirts are designed to bully other students.
Yes, I would indeed - I signed at least one petition stating that, in fact! 'Dress', and the hair on one's head when worn in compliance to the written code, aka: "above the collar" are & should have different applications IMHO

A real problem is that the far right has massive funding for law firms to to engage in law fare against vulnerable individuals if it serves the conservative cause. There needs to be funding for legal services for the families of the trans kids. We need giant funding sources /nonprofits to be created
There’s an a longer narrative I want to get into about the past four years that I think I can only sketch out here- but I’ll try and work in longer form from now on on a webpage or Substack. It’s all the same people over and over at protests and rallies- more important is the organizations & funders
That’s true but there’s evidence of adults verbally abusing children who aren’t their own. If you document that, get a guardian onboard to get a restraining order, then that’s one less venue that they can show up to. Ending their funding is possible but a different kind of fight.
This is so heartbreaking. KIDS being taught to hate others, people recording in bathrooms, what are the cops doing? HOW do people become this hateful?? Why is it ok?
