The president doesn't make laws, the congress does. Everthing he has done is to demonize the immigrants, promote criminal acrions on the part of law enforcement and to create chaos.

Businesses thrive on cheap labor because they drive wages down for everyone here legally trying to make a living wage. It is great for immigrants because it gives a higher standard of living than what they were receiving in their own country.
