Yes, if humans go extinct. No, if artificial insemination is used to avoid extinction - since that will probably not eliminate the viruses and infections - unless they depend solely on humans and human sex for survival. Note that some diseases have been reintroduced through e.g. archeological digs.
To be fair, the answer is absolutely yes, at least in humans.
