WEAK. The Americans still have a 10% overall tariff and 25% tariffs on steels, aluminium and cars. They have NOT paused all tariffs. By stopping this first retaliatory measure you are giving the Americans the ability to dictate and face no consequences for the havoc they unleash on the EU market.
