The 25th would only be invoked if the Republicans had a problem with what he is doing, if that were the case they could bring him to heel with legislation and the courts. The operative amendment could actually fix this has a single digit.

Several Dems in Congress have submitted articles of impeachment– Republicans have voted it down of course & so have Democrats. All were recent. I believe their reason was: "It's not the right time." 🤷🏼♀️
