💯. He just wasn't smart enough to be president - couldn't see the whole picture. He thought he was doing right for the country, but he didn't have the knowledge base. He was a smooth talker though... I wanted to make a reference to Mrs. O'Leary's cow and the Chicago fire but that's been debunked.

As a teen in the 80s, I saw Reagan create an environment of greed and waste at the expense of vulnerable populations in the US while secretly using the CIA to control third-world nations abroad. He WAS a monster!
