It was the only honest thing he's ever said. An HHS Secretary who has a good understanding of policy and politics but not medicine SHOULD say that. They should defer to medical experts and coordinate the policy. He's neither, though.

I wouldn't take medical advise from him. He is not a Doctor nor a scientist. He runs it. The HHS has 62,000 employees to do the important work of research and analysis. Come to think of it, it's been awhile since the HHS, CDC and other departments in the HHS have been credible. We are on our own.
