Saw it as part of an experimental film at the Chicago Independent Film Festival as the opening to a music video, "The Dance of Death." They let the camera hang on through the entire lengthy scene. That's when the shock really hits--cue music.

I think there was also a VHS release called "The Faces of Death" that was full of disturbing clips like this.

I think my husband used to watch those with his friends in college. He tried watching one in front of me and I started crying lol.
