2) It's very possible that the 90,000 square foot ballroom is basically a toy truck the WH staff are giving him so he can keep busy since he's not actually capable of anything more at this point.

3) I'm not 100% sure where I am on the "Trump is dying" spectrum (I was very enthusiastic about the circa-2018 dementia speculation) but I know that as good/healthy as Trump is today is the best he will ever be from now on.
