When i was a kid in the 90s it always seemed to me that the USMNT wasnt the best tactically or technically but managed to punch above its weigh out of sheer WANT and GRIT. I havent seen that from this 'Golden Generation' and in fact its seemed to be what was missing. Saw it flash in the gold cup!
