No, the entire point here is that Musk has manipulated them into mistaking his prescriptive vision of normal for a natural descriptive one. Twitter is not real life!
Nowhere does she say that Twitter is real life. Nowhere does she say that Nazis are normal to see outside of Twitter. All she says is that Twitter has a lot of Nazis *and* a lot of other people whom we might want to influence.
