People are prepped for breakdowns prior to using social media by capitalist relationships. Teens who breakdown when using social media have pre-existing conditions. Over past 40 years social connection has been nuked, & kids bear the brunt of this. In place of sociality we are offered social media.

Sure we could all log off more. Compulsion to post is a negation of freedom really & a problem. But it sits within other bigger problems & structures.
