Yeah, so it's kinda too much context for this format, but it’s a kernel panic that happens every day or two, and I haven't figured out how to repro. Hardware scans are clean, but I know it's a hardware problem since I did a clean factory reset, installed nothing, and the issue persists.

They’ve told me a lot of contradictory things, but one guy I spoke to does think it’s a logic board issue. And it's frustrating that they won’t swap it out.

Ugh, sucks 😩 hopefully you can find someone empathetic enough to help investigate & get it repaired. Super frustrating
