Try harder. Praying isn’t trying, it’s wishing someone else will fix the problem for you. Get in the street, form a protest outside a mega church, flip some tables and flog some bankers, literally anything from you people would be great.

And btw our church does financially support Planned Parenthood. And our organisation of the United Methodists, UMCOR, is first in for disaster relief even ahead of FEMA, the ReD Cross, or anyone else, and we never leave til the job is done. Look it up.

My church runs the only food bank in our community, and once a week provides meals to all comers, regardless of income. We have marched as a church at every No Kings day and our paster has gone to the state capitol to fight for medicaid expansion. And we are genuinely 100% LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Oh you’re the “good one.” Go protest in front of a mega church. Go call in the rest of your flock. Go raise money for planned parenthood because as one of the good ones, you would know that christians never had a position on abortion until the southern baptist convention decided to have one.

Yeah, unfortunately Christians often only know about Jews through what the NT says about them. But also, "legalism" is fine, and it's wholly appropriate for Judaism.
