(The latest version of Word for Mac doesn’t read the produced docx correctly, but Apple Pages and Google Docs does.)

The app I use is called Speech Central. A billion awesome features. I can bookmark the current paragraph by double pinching my earbud! (I use the iOS voice Serena.)
