Solutions have to happen outside relying on a legal infrastructure that doesn't protect us. That's the starting point. Or you are being foolish AND dangerous

The law doesn't protect minorities! There is no such law because it does not do the thing you think it does! That's the point! You are believing in a fairy tale version of reality that does not exist and acting on that belief is dangerous.

the law should and does in theory, that it doesn't in practice says more about those who's job it is to enforce it that those who it should protect. still waiting for your solution

Like by all means, buy more chocolate tea pots and try to use them to make tea with I guess, even though you keep being burned. But the rest of us will maybe figure out how to live some other way than using something that doesn't work and endangers people.
