I have early memories, probably around 6 yrs old, of stopping at a country diner in the middle of nowhere in the Quebec countryside. I remember not being able to read the menu. It was several years before I started French lessons… Your photo brought those memories back. TY❤️

Yw! 😂🤣 I admit, my French speaking skills are nonexistent, but I can still read rudimentary French! And ohh am I glad for that, b/c it is a delight w/all the delicious things in this province!! I adore Quebecois cuisine! I had the option to have either frites or mashed potatoes this am! Wot?! 😍

Honestly, that sounds so good. Swap out that banana bread for blueberry cranberry pound cake w/Bon Maman framboise jam, or Nutella crepes with blueberries and a side of dandelion baby field greens with shallot vinaigrette….and I’ll hop over to your bistro! 😁💝
