Exactly. We should have paid to arm Germany's defense in 1944.

Different moral consideration because we had no pre-existing agreement where we funded Germany's defense. Iron Dome is like 15 years old. AOC didn't invent it. It's an extant commitment, and removing it *when doing so will cost lives* is a choice to facilitate death directly.
Telling Israel they can fund it themselves since they can't stop committing atrocities is not, in fact, "removing it" or costing any lives whatsoever.
Wow, 15 years old. That's ancient.
"Pre-existing agreement?" You think you're funding a genocide because you have some contract on paper that makes you do it? Dear lord. You also have a law which prevents you from weaponizing war crimes, but you don't obey that. This is the worst liberal excuse I've seen yet.
Defending Israelis is not the same as killing Palestinians. I also wish our governments were more agile and responsive, but fact is AOC did not have an opportunity to stop offensive weaponry from going to Israel. Sure you can narrativize it like govt is a person and not a tangle of rules. Not so.
"Defending Israelis" You're defending a country committing genocide and war against half a dozen other countries at the moment, and protecting it from any and all resistance to its bombing and starvation campaigns. Did you ever think you'd one day follow your faves into defending a genocide?
Just to be clear: Your argument is that America that had America had a prior commitment to arm Germany. They would have had a moral obligation to fund the Nazi regime? (Let's ignore that IBM was at least partially responsible for the Holocaust.)
