in Australia the links to Fossil Fuel orgs are not really evident in the climate & environmental orgs themselves, not the "credible" ones. I know Naomi Klein showed how connected many USA environmental orgs were captured by Fossil Fuels in (not to mention Universities) in “This Changes Everything”.
but enviro orgs in Australia often sell their connections and influence within Federal and state Labor parties to their major donors. And it's Labor who is taking the FF donations. some enviro orgs in Oz r nothing more than green marketing/fund-raising orgs with ineffective political strategies.
