The Court of International Trade (3-0) ruled against it and now the court of appeals (7-4) ruled against it. It’s just absurd to claim “liberal activist judges”. The only reason there’s a chance in hell at SCOTUS is because of right wing activists like Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
