Typeform will get my money this one time, and then never again. When I upgraded to paid, the default they offer is a business plan that if you’re not careful, will bill you €1000. You have to find the individual plans behind a tab and the monthly behind another one.
I set it for 500 responses a month, so paid 37 euro. Before it let me confirm (which was stressful bc I wanted to complete the payment before I got rate limited) there was another upsell MODAL telling me I should let them automatically charge me once I go over 500 responses.
Then I go to the insights tab, where instead of actual insights, I get a big upsell telling me I can upgrade AGAIN to learn where respondents are dropping off. I can’t dismiss it, so I guess…just no insights? I’m generally an abolitionist but this product should go directly to JAIL
