Like they say Swedes avoid conflict, but this is not true. That implies a culture of people pleasing. They stir up so much shit, it’s carbonated. They avoid the *consequences* of conflict.

I mean I waded in in part because at least I could tell this little BRF gauleiter off and blow off steam from not being able to tell off my head of school for disinviting me from a meeting about disbanding our department. As I cried in the airport, I was like, HOW AM I THE SHIT STIRRER HERE?
