I am speaking of the argument. Arguing a half measure that won’t succeed either: “weapons of war” wouldn’t even solve the problem if you could win it But I’m aren’t taking about solving anything right now I am talking about being honest and making that argument to try and shift public opinion
It’s about persuasion at this point It’s not about passing legislation Any legislation that could pass would never be enforced by this regime anyway And SCOTUS would probably rule anything unconstitutional The only battle we can fight and win right now is for public opinion
So what I am advocating for is arguing honestly and maximally
