Just found two flags in my FILs old car. I folded them and was debating what to do with them. Now I know.

Sometimes people retire their old flags by donating them to Veteran’s groups & they drape them over caskets prior to cremation. Technically - I suppose they could throw the groups & Vet groups in jail for doing that now 😒
