it’s funny, i couldn’t even get thru the first 20 pages of infinite jest, i just didn’t like it. don’t doubt it’s a worthwhile read, just wasn’t my cup of tea. first BRICK i ever read (many years ago) was the source by james michener, it was interesting and compelling, i guess i’d recommend it
