Look, I'm all about some pain and torture, but theres limits.
Oh no... I've made sure to avoid that mistake since I started working out XD If I do end up doing any exercise the day after, it's usually just a walk or 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I went too hard the first week and I could barely walk up and down the stairs 😂
We call this “active recovery” 😌
