Doing research and stumbled on this population protection for the year 2025, done back in 1964 -- and wow. If the statistician is still alive, they deserve a medal.

Very good, but population projections for cities are as much political science as they are statistics exercises. This is why so many projections are so off. They don't take into account housing policy, economics and things driven by political choices.
