We wonder if they are as nice as the oatcakes that @sonningbear.bsky.social gets in Stoke…🤔😬

Staffordshire oatcakes are quite different - they are more like oaty pancakes or crepes. Here's Hanley Bear with a couple of portions - these contain just cheese and tomato, but people often have them with bacon or sausage.

i am told that stokey vegetarians have a special opt out so they can still enjoy oatcakes with sausages or bacon. i could almost join sam being veggie if we could extend that to a few other essential foods.
