If you believe in polling, you wouldn’t be where you are. If you believe you can give up 5%+ of the total vote due to entrenched American bias, then you’ll get another red (orange) nutbar. I wish it wasn’t so, but I suggest the USA needs to get beyond hoping and wishing.

Any evidence of those "5%+" lost vote compared to, let's say, the number of people who hate Californians or Jews? Or wouldn't come out for someone boring?
