Back in the 1st Reagan Administration, James Baker helped lead (along w/Nancy Reagan and his fellow Marine Michael Deaver) a "palace coup" that kicked the apocalyptic evangelicals - who had been whispering in Reagan's ear about "Gog" and "Magog" - out of the WH. This helped avert nuclear war.
