Me too. I'm old. Born in Germany after WWII when Dad was commander of a U.S. base & Mom was an RN. Grew-up with stories most will never hear. Read a post here or on Substack that it takes an average of 31 years to overthrow an authoritarian government that was legally elected to office. There was some hope: blue states stop paying taxes and let the red states collapse OR a completely secession. But I can't believe it's happening either.
