💯 Trump cares about optics and the optics of this are not good for him. The images will get picked up by media and amplified around the world. That's where the power to get under his thin skin is. I don't know if a general strike is possible at this point, but that would do it to.

Personally I think all physicians across the country should walk out in solidarity. My patients are scared that they will not be able to access needed vaccines, medications. It is our ethical duty to fight for them.

It because I took that oath that staying silent and allowing snake oil salesmen to desecrate the profession is not an option. Today it’s the Covid vaccine, tomorrow it’s an antidepressant, next week it’s an antibiotic, a cancer treatment, a surgery. Whatever wormbrained idea he gets.

My husband and I are elderly and on a fixed income. And now we have to go to a doctor before we can get a covid vaccination? If the doctor have doesn't have an appointment available, we have to wait and could possibly be exposed to the newest covid mutation in the meantime.
