I see two things: 1) a narcissistic opportunistic asshole who just has to be the center of attention and 2) a demented old ignorant moron who has no damn clue what is going on or what he’s actually supposed to be doing. It’s both - he looks happy, oblivious & confused at the same time.

I will say that Biden doesn’t look quite as old as perceived after seeing this.
Biden never has looked "quite as old as perceived." CNN and the media writ large did a monthslong hit on him, because they wanted Trump reelected the whole time.
….Jake Tapper & CNN are still devoting every waking moment promoting his book “ Biden is old” …& of course the sequel…Biden is now older… Anything to deflect from the grifting & staggering corruption of the Orange messiah!
