interestingly enough, while FDOT followed an order from the Trump administration to erase potentially “distracting” road art, the actual list they sent to the city did not have the Pulse memorial on it *at all*

Eventually, when the paint gets so thick of black and white over rainbow, it's going to become a speed bump.

The repeated attempt to erase this memorial to the 49 murdered and the 53 wounded at Pulse is more than just painting over a street crossing. It is an assertion that their lives did not count and they’re not deserving of a memorial. It’s cruel and vile just like all the other abuses we’re seeing.
