I fucking hate it here where i live.

it sucks in apartments and duplexes because bad neighbors can make your life hell. We can't leave though because we can't afford it. So we have to deal with shit like pot smoke, wall bashing, taking up parking spaces, and garbage and cigarette butts all over the place.

the rich buy up properties and then rent them out for more money. High rent is pricing people out. We already can't afford to buy a new house even after working multiple jobs for years on end and selling our houses. Then you have jerk landlords who purposefully put bad people next door.
