How much taxpayer money did they spend on this nonsense? Nobody is getting certified in NY and then working for OK salaries.

There are plenty of teacher jobs available in the northeast. The only way OK would get someone with a NY certification is if they were incompetent and couldn't get a job in the northeast. Just performative nonsense and a handout to Prager.
