Millionaires might. Billionaires, IDK. Cuban, Soros, Pritzker and Buffet are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head. It’s all about power to some. Not all mind you, but enough to influence policy makers all for more power over the whole system. Some seek feudalism and some have a soul.

Fair Tax! The more you buy the more taxes you pay. No Tax on food(except fast food). And the bonus, even if you are from a different country here on Vaca. You will be paying our Taxes.

You can, but it's about math. Everyone could voluntarily pay more taxes. What this would get you, is a slightly better system, where altruists subsidize other, less altruistic, million(billion)aires. It's pretty easy to see why what they actually want is a more level playing field.

I used to think that until the billionaires all went crawling in their knees to Trump with presents. They were frauds all along.
