I hope the business that sell their products to Trump voters are super happy that Trump and his army of right wing flying monkey influencers have acquired de facto signature authority over any rebranding they might ever want to do.

Meanwhile, while the right wing flying monkeys were going wild about this, their leader decided today was a great day to say he can do anything he wants, because he's President and also should be a dictator Like fucking clockwork, the cultural distractions take eyes of what should really be seen.
This makes no sense. They changed the logo to expand their audience because clearly their existing audience wasn’t enough. Now, they caved to a loud segment of that same insufficient audience and destroyed the possibility of expanding their customer base altogether.
The logo is costly to execute in print. That impact everything from menus to letterhead to uniforms. It is a cost saving move. Same with cleaning up the decor in the stores. The cut back on the clutter reduces costs.
All the more reason they should have stuck to their guns and followed through with the rebrand. Instead they caved to people are werent supporting their stores before anyway.
Maybe. The best PR strategy is to end the controversy as quickly as possible. Speaking from a pure business management perspective they did the correct thing here. They took steps to minimize damage to the brand. The entire effort was a management failure.
This is socialism: state control of business.
Trump is buying the businesses, he is controlling the branding of companies he doesn't yet own, he is driving customers to stay at home for fear of militias, he is ruining the job market so no one has money. He has put the last nail in the free market's coffin.
This is a bad reading. It wasn't just Trump who opposed it. Claiming it was gives him too much credit.
I just don’t understand why these companies just don’t tell him to fuck off.
wtf do they have against it?
Corporate America is lame as fuck 😂
