True. But.. What’s reported and the truth are 2 entirely different things though. Usually when I’ve drawn blood or remove an IV on an elderly patient on anticoagulants, it never fails that they develop a huge bruise when the blood pools. He’s in terrible health. It’s obvious. 💁🏼‍♀️
