Mr. Poilievre's time has come and gone. Not being Prime Minister Trudeau was his only card. Now he has to deal with Prime Minister Carney who is a much better leader than Mr Poilievre can ever hope to be.

The irony is Poilievre’s 2 year campaign to oust PM Trudeau will, in the end, be his political demise. PM Carney is infinitely more experienced and educated than Poilievre. Equally important, Carney is overwhelmingly a better human being.

And Carney is leading a conservative government in all but name. No lunch left for the CPC. Well, except for the loon sandwich... which PP is happy to dine upon. He may actually be the best chef for the situation the CPC currently finds itself in until the Liberals tire of Carney & swing to centre.

Yes, but I see Prime Minister Carney as a get it done leader. Carbon tax is gone, 2% NATO spending is done, middle class tax cuts are passed, and the bill to speed up projects passed. Not an easy road for Mr Poilievre.

Time will tell if the quick fix for quick projects is a real fix or too flawed & brought down by court challenges. Que resumption of incessant CPC squealing "Canada is broken" & the hazards of an inexperienced PM, an inept LPC. PP's special/only skill set. I'm not optimistic the page has been turned
