I genuinely like my job and get a lot of personal fulfillment from it. But "day off" is always better than "have to work today."

I'm self-employed and love what we do- but "there's nothing on the calendar" days are very valued and enjoyed. Not everyone is fortunate enough to love their job ... but I think *everyone* agrees that more paid time off is way better than less paid time off!

I know, I've had a lot of jobs I hated so I know how fortunate I am. But that's the point, even when you do like work, time off is still important and needed.
