If it’s a bullshit charge it’s likely to get dropped because they can’t get an indictment.

?? that just means no bail, they are still getting a jury to indict him on enhanced assault charges.

They have less than 30 days to try to indict him and they’ve tried twice already and failed. The judge called their baseless charges excessive. It’s not happening.
