Do people outside of the elderly even watch cable news? Everyone I know under 80 watches maybe local news and then just online shit.
Well...according to Pew (www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/...), "In 2022, only 19% of 18- to 29-year-olds said they followed the news all or most of the time, compared with 64% of adults 65 and older." So most young people barely follow the news at all...let alone on cable.
True but the clips from the Sunday shows make the rounds on social media and YouTube so that's why it's important for Democrats to drive a message. Saying military in the streets is inefficient and ineffective doesn't capture the moment. Pritzker did. Moore did not.
Push back and keep pushing until you get the truth.
Accountability is coming
Time for dems to say they'll only be interviewed if they aren't fact-checked or challenged. Even the playing field, dammit!
He's right. Where's the pushback? Raddatz is saying something the administration isn't even saying. The National Guard explicitly isn't involved in law enforcement. Nor are they stationed where crime is. Why is Raddatz doing their work for them?
These "news" networks - in this case, ABC "News" and Martha Raddatz - have completely caved to Trump, have been busy normalizing, sanewashing, kissing up to Trump, etc. Which is why Democrats should have invested in developing their own media/messaging infrastructute - but they didn't, sad to say.
