I'm thinking he has been doubling down on his "enemies" in the last few weeks because he knows that HE is running out of time, unlike them. He can't blackmail/threaten/tariff/bully his way out of this health issue or his ☠️. Something acute (vs chronic) has happened & reality has sunk in.
