The decision to hold a hearing virtually depends on the immigration court and the judge's discretion. I don’t know why democrat politicians are not talking to judges to do virtual hearings.

Problem with this is, once you're at the courthouse it's too late. You have to book this BEFORE you have a hearing schedule
