Those countries need to hold out and see if Trump implements his tariffs in 90 days. I suspect he won't. He'll realize he can't continue to crash the economy and make up some other excuse.

Agree: Those countries hold out and also begin selling off any US Treasury Bonds they may have as Canada, Japan and other countries are doing.

Inevitable, in history of our Constitutional Democracy, power hungry, authoritarian forces have and will continue to threaten our freedom. Question is whether or not our generation will have common sense and courage to defeat current fascist movement and save our Democracy for future generations.

I tend to agree with your take, more so being a Canadian. It's bad enough when you force your fellow citizens to endure this hell, after being warned incessantly by people in the know. But when the result of their actions spills over into other nations, I have no sympathy for them. They were told!
