I see CA governor Gavin Newsom and IL governor JB Pritzker as the only candidates that can defeat the party of Trump. They're out there getting name recognition.

Newsom would have the same effect as Kamala Harris... He would not win the people we need to win to actually succeed. "Trump is bad" is the only message the Democratic party seems to have right now and while that is very true it's not really a message or a plan that resonates.

As for a loophole, the Justices of SCOTUS have been working hard their entire life to support Constitutional law. They're evil and care not for precedence but they all support the concept and structure of America. Trying to give him another term w/o an amendment would be a coup and maybe civil war

Yes. I think Newsom stumbled coming out of the gate after this last election, but he has regained his footing momentum with his ability to go toe-to-toe with T. Pritzger is doing well showing he can stand tough for dem values and he has $$.
